Software is useless. It won't even load. There are no instructions that were written by anyone with even a modest command of the English language. The junk pile is too good for this piece of junk.

All that came in the box was the dongle and a CD, Instructions on CD were useless. Unless you are a hard-core computer geek, forget it, as it is a serial device trying to comunicate through a USB Port. Not worth the effort to throw in the trash!
