Body by God

Most people have had the experience of staring into the heavens asking, "how am I going to lose this extra weight?" But most people have intended that as a rhetorical question not expecting an answer. Dr. Ben Lerner thought otherwise. He has developed his "undiet" which focuses on cutting out manmade foods, and instead eating a diet rich in the natural "God-made foods." His thoughts are that with natural unprocessed foods you are not faced with the worry of additives, chemicals, and extra fats being added to your food. The Body by God diet outlines an approach that consists of five parts (exercise, nutrition, time management, peace management, along with the 40 day plan), and boasts the claim that you will be 40% better in 40 days.

Body By God Basics

Body By God is built on a basic philosophy of diet and nutrition. A lot of the basics of the plan seem like natural answers to your weight loss questions. Dr. Lerner lists our your "undiet" commandments that true followers will follow. He says that you need to eliminate processed carbs, particularly after lunch. Instead, you'll want to replace those carbs with green veggies. You'll need to get rid of all coffee, tea, and soda. Instead, Dr. Lerner professes that you'll need to drink ample water and vegetable juice.

Dr. Lerner also says that you need to incorporate a minimum of three 30-minute workout sessions per week. He also dictates that these workouts need to be scheduled or you'll find yourself not sticking to that. Dr. Lerner also suggests that you use the Fat Utilization Rate (F.U.R). With this, you can get by with only 15 minutes of exercise a day!

One of probably the biggest perks of this program is the total cost. Dr. Lerner's book costs $22, and beyond that, his program does not call for extreme costs beyond that. With the Body by God "undiet", persons on any budge will be able to access it.

Is Body By God for You?

The principals of Body By God are rooted in common sense. Dr. Lerner has tapped into a plan that is simple to execute and within a healthy eating philosophy. Some people may be turned off by the religious overtones of the plan, but the logic behind it makes a great deal of sense.

So is Body By God right for you? Well, this diet is pretty simple and inexpensive to start, so there is nothing stopping you.
