Number Three: Start Slowly

However, many people get caught up in the excitement and over-indulge, over-stretch themselves in the first days and weeks and this often leads to injury. Start out gently. Try timing your early routines so that you do not exceed say, ten minutes, even if you are capable of doing more. Then, gradually extend then length of your training sessions as you feel comfortable to do so. You will soon find yourself completing forty-five minute routines without a problem.
