How much sleep are you getting?
Would you believe me that sleep would have such a profound effect on your results? It's true though. Sleep is probably the easiest thing for you to do as a bodybuilder, but you never ever put the effort into it. If you're continuously getting 9hrs of sleep a night, your results will be at a peak.
When you cut your hours down to around 5-6hrs a night, your results start to plateau. It's surprising because most people never even clue into this fact because they always sleep for short periods of time. It doesn't really come to front of your mind until you went months at 9hrs a night, than get deprived for a few weeks and see everything go down the tubes.
Your Diet is Essential to Success
Everyone is obsessed with their workout at the gym, thinking it is the means to success in bodybuilding. This is false. Your workout is only as good as your diet. If your diet is bad, your results are bad. That is why it is essential to apply a strong diet that encourages both fat loss and muscle growth.
