I'm going to share with you some womens body building strategies that can be used that have worked extremely well for me. This is a very challenging sport for both men and women, but it seems to be doubly challenging for women because of the social stigmatism and lack of information available to females. There is no question this is a sport dominated by men and the women competing it are still a very small part of it, but there just doesn't seem to be much in the way of available information available to women. I'm going to share what a near decade of information has taught me and how you can be successful in this sport.
Once you start going to the gym, you're going to have a variety of exercises to choose from. I find having a lot of choice can help you shock your muscles in different ways, as well as keep things interesting, but there is a problem for most knew people. The problem is that too much choice makes it hard to know what's good and what isn't. Here's a simple rule to follow; do the most compound exercises first and work your down to isolated. Compound work a lot of different muscles and isolated work just one or two. It's a very easy system, but it works.
As for your diet, you need to start eating smaller meals more often. This will give your body the nutrients it needs at any given time to repair muscle tissue. Your results will greatly improve if you implement this type of eating.
