This will keep your body from getting into a rut and will lessen the chance of you hitting a plateau. Alternating your workouts will also keep you mentally challenged and keep you looking forward to your next workout
Keep a great attitude. Attitude is everything, some days might be harder than other days. It is important to encourage yourself all of the time. It may be easy to thing that you cant do this, but, remember that you can. Tell yourself that you can and that you are. Think of working out as part of your job, it is something you need to do every day. You might even think about paying yourself for doing it. Then one time a month you could go and buy yourself new clothes with all of the money you have made.
